Human Body stamp by nothinplz Human Body stamp by nothinplz
Well, looks like another idea for a stamp came to me. That's new.

Anyway, this is something that's been bugging. Why is it that our modern society treats the natural human body as something evil or "Satan's work" and yes, this mostly comes from religious people. This is mostly a problem when women dress skimpy in public or the obvious fact that women's breasts (and in some countries, even men's) have to censored because of what? Because children can't see it? Um, newsflash! Someday, they will grow up and see other bodies naked and will be attracted to them so there's no point censoring it just because of age. Besides, kids see themselves naked ALL the time when they take a bath! To me, the human body is beautiful and a fun thing to have, especially when it comes to fucking! ;) Of course, that is just my observation along with thousands of people who share the same interest, but the thing is, sugar coating religious people go to the EXTREME to make sure nudity is unseen!

To put it simple, if a man and/or woman wants to be free and be naked, when it is appropriate like at a beach, they have every right to do so. I'm not saying everyone should be forced to be nude, because I understand and respect those who wish to keep themselves private, but those who don't care also deserve the respect. And no, I'm not a nudist, but I support those who believe in it.

And before anyone starts, I am ALSO AGAINST PEDOPHILIA. I do not, in any way shape or form, support sexual intercourse or rape between underaged people. The human body is not always sexual, so like I said, if someone at the appropriate time wants to be naked, let them. It's not going to murder you for fuck's sake.

Maybe not evil, but it is definitely gross. Animals life in general is disgusting. With all their guts, sweat, blood, snot, vomit, waste products, etc.

Hmmm, makes me wonder why people complain about the body now when in the Renaissance Era, they didn't really care about it and see it as a beautiful thing. Come on people, wake up and see that your future children will learn about it and embrace it of what it is, there's no need to hide it.

About the Satan's work comment, nudity was actually created by God, Genesis 2:25 say "And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed" meaning God created them, Adam and Eve, and without clothing and therefore wearing clothing is actually covering up God's creation, thus making the human body magnificent and covering it up may actually be a sin or at least the wrong thing compared to being naked, as God intended.

It's kind of gross sometimes, like farts and excessive body hair and pimples and sweat and I could go on and on but also, at beaches they don't let you go naked. Just wear a skimpy bathing suit.

Well, the whole reason religious people think that people should cover up a little bit is not because they think it's Satanic or evil, in fact it's the opposite. They think the human body is sacred, a work of God, and most certainly beautiful. They believe that wearing concealing clothes respects and revere's the body. I can see that you have a similar belief  that the human body is beautiful. However, your idea of acknowledging that beauty is a bit different.

The body used to be a beautiful thing. Now it's become so overly sexualised. It's as if penises and breasts are only for sex, any hair that's not on your face is a sign of disgusting hygiene and a bit of flab is obscene and inhumane. While this doesn't justify anyone going nude in public, since self-dignity is just as important as self-confidence, when going to places like beaches or swimming pools it shouldn't be a problem to show some bare flesh.
Covering genitalia makes sense, but secondary sexual characteristics like breasts shouldn't be so objectified. What part in sex do they have? None.
Well, maybe a bit of jiggling... hehehe
Neither is it an excuse for a man or woman to get harrassed if they show some flesh.
Some people are even offended by breastfeeding, especially a few asshats in the UK trying to pass off as politicians. I'm not saying that women should be able to go about their everyday lives with no top on - just because a few tasteless men do it doesn't mean that it's okay. And I'm pretty ashamed that a few even go as far as marching for 'the right to show my tits and beat you up if you look at them' (dafuq feminazis?)
Modesty is key. But for places such as the ones I've described earlier, there shouldn't be any need to cover them - unless you want to, of course - especially if you're breastfeeding.

This is just from the female body's point of view. I probably sound srsly biased. But then again, women are more sexualised. It's a fact. Just search up 'why are women more sexualised than men' and you even get research about it. I don't think it's because of sexism though. There has to be a deeper reason. Buuuuut I'm not going to get too conspiracy-theorist about it, so voila~ :) Lovely stamp by the way.

If you don't want anybody to look at your boobs, what's the point in going around topless? Might as well show off your nice rack while you're at it! You might notice that big fat hairy guys might go around topless, but I think it's either because they're blind or they don't own a mirror.

I would make an exception for breastfeeding because you have no choice to take out your boobs for that I guess.

Nudity has become incredibly sexualized in our society so anything associated with nakedness and nudity is inextricably linked with sex and sexuality. Other cultures don't seem to have this problem, people get naked all the time and there doesn't seem to be a problem especially in tribal cultures.

This sexualization of nudity probably stems from religious doctrines that deem it inappropriate to disrobe unless having sexual relations with your spouse in the missionary position for the sole purpose of reproduction. We all start out as nudists pretty much, I would be embarrassed to be in public naked now but when I was a kid I would play in the front yard of my house in the suburbs with nothing but a cowboy hat on, anyone could see me and I didn't care. We are conditioned to see the naked body as perverted and taboo.

I never got the whole 'it's evil'/'it's gross' thing, I mean if you think that then do you think your own body is evil and gross?
Sure what comes OUT of your body when you have a dodgy stomach is evil an gross but not the actual body.

The human body is amazing scientifically, artistically etc. It comes in different shapes and sizes.

People are allowed their own opinions but I personally I think it's beautiful. It doesn't have to be sexual or anything. Sure children shouldn't see things and I'm all for censoring certain things but when they ask you questions during puberty are you gonna tell them bodies are disgusting? no. That'll just lead to them hating themselves and can do untold damage.

I have no idea if that made any sense but I support this stamp!
