Nope, no 90's kid badge for you

Ugh, I'm sick of people who were born from 1989 to 1994 calling themselves 90's kids even though they were like, only kids for half of the 90's. Sorry but I don't consider that someone who truly grew up in that decade. For one, you didn't even start high school until the 2000s came along, and last I checked, high school is still part of growing up because you aren't considered an adult until 18 (al least in most countries). I'm not saying kids and teenagers are the same but they both are still part of growing up. Anyone who was like 6, 7, or 8 years old around 1990, that is who I consider someone who grew up in the 90's and were a kid in that decade. Oh sure, you were a kid for half of it, but that's like saying "I've been to every part of Europe, even though I've been there for half of it". Great fucking logic right there. And besides, being a kid really doesn't mean shit when you "claim" to know what life was like back in those days, because you're brain wasn't fully developed to understand. I've spoken to people who spent their 20's in the 90's and they honestly know more about how life was like in the decade more so than you so-called "90's kids" who only love that decade just because of cartoons, music and video games. I also love how you claim "we didn't grow up with technology" even though most of you played Sega Genesises or Nintendos in your childhood. Yeah news flash, video game consoles and the television you watched cartoons on count as technology as well.

Besides, why do you desperately want to call yourself a "90's kid" anyway? Why should it reflect who you are as a person? Don't you care about your hobbies or interests? I know what it is. You just call yourself that so you can get respect immediately because you're too lazy to earn it yourself, and some people who are like that probably end up being basement dwelling losers fapping to Tiny Toons. To me, whatever decade you love or "grew up" in is meaningless if you're still a fucking asshole. So 90's kid or not, I don't give you special treatment until you give me a good reason to, and being a kid of the 90's isn't a valid reason so STFU. KTHXBAI.
